CAQ application usually takes about 4 weeks to process and the study permit can vary in processing time from one Canadian Visa Office to another. Keep in mind that it is suggested by Quebec immigration authorities, that you start the process as soon as you receive your acceptance letter or two months before the start date of your studies.
